KAYLA GREEN
Actor. Singer. Voice Teacher.
Actor. Singer. Voice Teacher.
Kayla Green ( She/Her) is a New York based actor, singer and voice teacher. She received her BA in Vocal Music Performance from Olivet College and is a graduate of the Maggie Flanigan Studio in NYC studying the Meisner Technique from Master Teacher, Charlie Sandlan. With these experiences she has learned and developed the tools to be a truthful and emotionally expressive artist. They have also been essential in developing her skills as a supportive and persistent teacher helping students tap into their one true and authentic voice. Studying voice privately with Jonathan Stancato since 2018, she was one of only 6 people accepted into his voice teacher training program and is currently teaching his Inside Voice Technique; an ecstatic, 5-octave, mindbody approach to voice and song, under his guidance.
Kayla co-owns Seeds Arts, an extracurricular performing arts program for k-12 students teaching singing, music, and acting fundamentals which is currently on hiatus. She teaches private voice in person in NYC and all over the world via zoom with clients from LA to Hong Kong, and co-teaches a monthly in person voice workshop, Karaoke to Catharsis.
Kayla finds her most energetic self coaching singers for vocal auditions, and loves her long term clients that learn to love their voice again with her tools she has developed from over 20 years of voice training.
I send an email maybe 4x per month with new workshop offerings and insights to your own voice journey.
